Blended Balance Fitness was created with a few things in mind:

  • Creating a workout routine can be simple.

  • Workouts can be done anytime and anywhere.

  • We don't need a lot of equipment to get an amazing workout.

Fitness is more than changing your body in the physical sense.

Together we will work to achieve not only your physical goals but to build your mental muscles. This includes deepening your self-confidence and practicing mindfulness skills.

The last two years have taught me a lot about stepping outside my comfort zone.

It has helped me achieve greater results and I want to help you do the same.

Looking for cardio-based, strength-based, stretching-focused, or a little bit of everything?

I will work with you to design a customizable program. My goal is to deliver the program you want, while also helping you push beyond your own barriers.



Personal training services offered in-home,

whether that is my home or yours.

We can even take your workout outdoors!

Initial consults available free of charge and include a review of previous exercise history, current lifestyle, medical conditions/injuries, and health & fitness goals.

Your first training session will include a brief assessment before diving into the workout. Allow 45 minutes for your first session to include the assessment exercises.

Ongoing sessions 35 minutes:

30 minutes workout, 5 minutes mindfulness practice.



All sessions 35 minutes in length.

Looking for a more private session with a trainer? The 1-1 session is a perfect fit. I will work with you to understand your fitness goals then develop a workout that will help you achieve those goals.



Sometimes you need another person working alongside you to help push you further than you think you can go. Partner sessions are perfect for couples, siblings, parent/child, friends, the list goes on!



Do you love the social aspect of working out but still want the attention of a personal trainer? Recruit some friends and try a group session! Group sessions are designed for three to four people.

If you're interested in additional offerings such as a workout class for a larger group, event, or social outing, let's chat!

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I have a strong passion for fitness & helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.  For me, the gym has always been my home away from home and a huge part of how I control everyday stresses & anxiety. I enjoy finding ways to push myself to get out of my comfort zone with my workouts & my hope is I can encourage you to try more of this too!

Through developing my own workout routines, eating a balanced diet, practicing meditation & mindfulness I am living a balanced lifestyle that I truly enjoy & love. I'd love to work with you!
