PROGRAM ELEMENTS:

  • Intro session to discuss program, overview, goals, workout design.

  • 3 strength workouts per week, 7-minute cardio workout plus additional cardio direction based on available resources.

  • Month end regroup session to discuss progress, evaluate goals and determine next steps.

Programs available in 4, 8 or 12 week sessions.
