IN-HOME PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training services offered in-home, whether that is my home or yours. We can even take your workout outdoors!
Your first training includes a review of previous exercise history, current lifestyle, medical conditions/injuries, health & fitness goals as well as a fitness assessment.
Initial consults available free of charge.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
For those that prefer to work out independently.
Includes an Intro session to discuss program, overview, goals, workout design plus 3 strength workouts per week, 7-minute cardio workout and additional cardio direction based on available resources.
Month-end regroup session to discuss progress, evaluate goals and determine next steps.
